Campaign data isn’t showing or looks stale
Click Refresh
Campaign metrics update when you click Refresh on the dashboard — they
don’t update continuously. Refresh to pull the latest spend and results.
Check the date range
The dashboard’s date range (1 / 7 / 30 / 90 days) controls which metrics
show. A campaign with no activity in the selected window will show zeros.
Confirm campaigns are assigned
Expand the client row and make sure the right campaigns are assigned in the
Meta/Google columns. See Campaigns.
My Meta connection stopped working
Meta connections last about 60 days. When one expires, reconnect from Integrations → Meta Ads by signing in with Facebook again. Your assigned campaigns are preserved — reconnecting just restores access to refresh them. See Meta Ads.Stripe payments aren’t syncing

Make sure you pasted your Secret key (starts with
sk_live_ or
sk_test_), not a publishable key. Re-paste it in Integrations → Stripe

Payment status only auto-syncs for clients linked to a Stripe subscription.
Edit the client and pick their subscription from the dropdown. See
